Bee's Knees

A Prohibition-era classic, the Bee's Knees used honey to mask the rough edges of bathtub gin. Luckily, we live in more civilized times. Today, we use it to celebrate craftsmanship - highlighting the excellence of both gin and honey in equal measure. We chose Monkey 47, a complex and floral gin distilled from 47 handpicked Black Forest botanicals - the creation of a quite dreamy British air force commander who claimed the recipe came to him in a... well, dream. Our royal honey syrup is treated with the same reverence: raw, unprocessed honey infused with pollen, royal jelly, vanilla bean, and chamomile flowers - layered, lush, and aromatic. It's not the cat's meow... it's the bee's knees.
