Mojito

In place of the traditional Cuban rum in this classic, we feature a Haitian rum. Distillerie De Port Au Prince Providence Dunder & Syrup is the second bottling from Providence - a collaboration between the Barbancourt-Linge family, La Maison, and Velier. Distilled from sugarcane grown locally by Michel Sajous and dunder from their previous "first drops" run, it highlights the growing complexity of their rums while retaining the light, effortless qualities of fine white rum. No sugar or coloring added. We muddle fresh mint into the rum, then shake with lime juice and our proprietary "Mojito Sugar Syrup" infused with lime peel, licorice root, and monosodium glutamate for a unique balance rarely found in most Mojitos.
