As legend has it, the Negroni's story began in 1919 at Caffe Casoni in Florence, when Count Camillo Negroni asked the bartender to replace the soda water in his Americano with gin. Whether or not that's true, one thing's certain: it was a great call. Our Negroni features two infusions that heighten and enrich the flavors that made it iconic. Orange and hibiscus highlight the natural citrus and floral notes of the gin, while kombu enhances the savory qualities of the vermouth. The result is a Negroni distinctly different from anything you've had before, yet still something the Count himself would order.
