The granddaddy of Tiki cocktails. It is a masterful balance of 3 unbelievably bold rums to create a bouquet of nuanced tropical flavors. Named after its propensity to turn patrons into zombies if they consumed more than two. Subourbon's Zombie is driven by the use of standout rums in each of the requisite categories prescribed by the original 1934 recipe: Jamaican, Puerto Rican, and 151 proof rum. The original recipe, and proper rums, are further bolstered by the use of house made grenadine and Don's mix.
