Milkpunched Coconut Daiquiri

The Daiquiri has long suffered from its reputation as a sugary, blender-bound beach drink - the kind you may (barely) remember from your Fort Lauderdale spring-break college days. But the OG Daiquiri had far more class - bright, tart, and unapologetically rum-forward. Our version honors that simplicity while introducing a few quiet (shhh!) evolutions. We replace the water in our rum with coconut milk and a touch of dry sherry, and build our syrup from coconut water and coconut palm sugar. Finally, the drink is clarified through gravity alone - a gentle process that transforms it into a true milk punch: clear, silky, and balanced. Neither overly sweet nor overly tropical - just the Daiquiri, reimagined with a little punch.
